11yNIIT's performance appraisal is as per individual performance, based on the goals & objectives set at the beginning of the year. We have done away with the concept of relative ranking and the bell-curve approach. The appraisal system is transparent, documented and there are quality checks done by HR. NIIT has been rated as the 2nd best on Performance management system by Great Place to Work Institute, 2013
