All new joinees undergo the mandatory NIIT induction program for 2 days followed by a role based induction & training at the place of posting. There are scheduled interactions with new joinees by HR and the NIIT manager. Whenever senior management visits the NIIT cities, we do try & schedule meetings. At least once a year, the Chairman/CEO/COO interacts with every NIITian as part of NIIT Annual Day. Every NIITian fills in their Individual development plan and the same is strictly monitored.
