Birthday perks, annual perks. Timely training calendar with updated technology for trainers. Overall good company to work for fresher and entry level professional after certain year of work there are lack of opportunity to grow in same hierarchy. management is good they think for employees. at down level lots of politics but there are good TLs and sr. peoples who can help you. Lots of learning materials are available for freshers.
Cons
Policies are good but implementation is issues by at ground level. Salary is not upto industry standard even issues is same with seniors. it is good brand but loosing it by poor implementation of company policies. Again i am repeating that salary is less than others. And salary hike is depends on annual target achievement point which useless beyond that employee is working on many things which does not have place to review. even after achieving your target you will get very less salary increment.
