      Flexibility to work. Some Center have good Environment New Courses look positive

      Cons

      Politics is taking its toll Most immediate supervisors are unsupportive. More customer oriented then Employee orientation Older members are not ready to understand new members Selection process is getting worse WOM is bad because of mishandling of students at center level
