Pros
The team is always trying to use the latest technology to provide better products and services for the store staff and customers, at least in the department I belong to.
Cons
My department has not really provided an avenue for me to think of that many but I would like if the promotion of existing employees is improved on, rather than employing a new applicant with almost similar experience for the senior role.
