Paid above minimum wage 25% discount Can be good money if you get decent individual bonus but they're making that nearly impossible
Cons
Treated like a number, not a person. Constantly changing shifts every 2-4 years so it causes everyone to panic every time it happens Managers don't have a clue what they're doing but love to talk to you like dirt
