Nice staff room, but rude management and unrealistic expectations - Retail Assistant NEXT Employee Review

At the gyle the managers were very rude and were setting tasks in unreasonable time to get done then complain about how your performance affects their yearly bonus. And very patronising would always talk down to you during conversation. One manager also publicly embarrassed another member of staff for absolutely no reason.
