-Not a very good employee discount or working wardrobe allowance compared to competitors. -Royalty Free music (except at christmas) -NO COMMISSION for sale of furniture, I believe this used to be something they offered but not anymore. -Unable to choose the departments you liked working on. -Often was put in for shifts without being asked- then being asked to find cover for those shifts when I was not available (not during contracted hours) -No seats available except from at your break
