      Work is less, Flexiblity in timing, Men are not considered as machines, transparency

      Cons

      less Work but More stress. Less people but More Politics .SALARY, Poor/Inefficient mgt skills, no proper planning, nothing is properly organised, Attitude problem of some people(I have never seen such attitude people in my previous companies), high attrition rate
