flexible work times possible to innovate and challenge traditional revenue streams (but very hard work) great pool of international talent to draw on - as long as it can be justified and you find a Japanese mgr to sponsor. wide range of work - telco, enterprise, government, mining, defence
Cons
multiple org charts too much butt covering and adversity to balanced risk clever people (and this is plenty) are not given incentive to show talent and lead when it goes wrong a culture of find the scapegoat, ironically opposite to Keizen
