Cons
Horrible Work life balance. Bad Infrastructure. Salary breakup is not good, (Medical Component will not be given if bills are not provided). Will throw you to any technology and project, and would want you to work like a slave. Full of politics and bias. Exploits freshers like nothing. Not much technical exposure and unskilled managers.
