Pros
A good place to learn the electronic industry working style of Japan. It is a very traditional company with tendency toward globalization.
Cons
The company seemed to lose its appetite for innovation. Instead it is focusing on increasing productivity and profitability sacrificing cost of R&D. As an old Japanese company, it has traditions which are not really good; such as inneficiency. It is a large company with sprawling parts which have no really strong connection among them. "Sinergy" seemed to have lost its meaning. Overall, the inefficiency of the company caused it losing money even when other company seemed to gain profits.
