The experience you may have there can be quite limited since is a very hierarchical and bureaucratic company where management only care about keeping their seats and not solving problems. The salaries are consistently lower than the industry average so many of the best co-workers I have had left very soon. A few unconditional ones still remain and lift the whole weight of a company with consistently poor performance and bad management.
