The company is huge you can ask to work for different projects and you get to work at different cities. And there’s always overtime available.

Sometime they overwork you and you get burned out easily. The raises are terrible they don’t give you a lot. And there’s always overtime starting pay is really low when most companies offer starting pay $28-30 per hour for the same type of work you do. Not to mention they pay the contractors around $45-55hr but the work is limited to them due favoritism
