Pros

Wonderful people, Comcast is shaking things up (trust me, they need it), opportunity to work on some of the best products and brands in the business, looks great on the resume

Cons

Poor communication across NBC division, four main groups (entertainment, sports, news and affils) operate like little fiefdoms making it difficult to get things done, incompetent HR department, little to no manager training, pockets of innovation but the organization sometimes seems very stuck in its ways and fear of failure among the employees contributes directly to lack of innovative thinking. Dingy building (30 Rock) and old equipment.

Pros

Great perks and benefits! Free theme park tickets, cable, peacock subscription. Good place for interns

Cons

Entry level pay is very poor and not sustainable. Lot of politics when it comes to promotions and it is based more on relationship with management rather than actual performance. Upper management just takes all your work and presents as their own. Fake it till you make is at every level of this organization. Hired people as remote and now is laying everyone off.
