Pros

Good benefits, 401K match, lots of the latest equipment and systems, never a dull moment, always busy doing projects. VERY talented, dedicated people to work with.

Cons

Open workplace counter productive and very often abused by commingled operational units that insist on loud activity. Sometimes you can't even think. No oversight of this inconsiderate behavior by managers. Apparently, it is condoned. It's not unusual to be redoing work twice or three times because of constant push to make deadlines with incomplete information to begin with. It's TV, and you need to work until the work is done, but with an unstructured after- hours contact schedule, you could be called anytime 24/7/365 - impossible to put work aside mentally. Leaving the country usually the only alternative. VP's/Directors openly believe in filling up your schedule - way over normal, or even extended workday norms for the job. Probably not enough Engineering/IT resources to cover work/project completion expectations. It's a "the more you work, the more valuable you are" atmosphere.

Pros

Great perks and benefits! Free theme park tickets, cable, peacock subscription. Good place for interns

Cons

Entry level pay is very poor and not sustainable. Lot of politics when it comes to promotions and it is based more on relationship with management rather than actual performance. Upper management just takes all your work and presents as their own. Fake it till you make is at every level of this organization. Hired people as remote and now is laying everyone off.
