The name brings in talent but the IT department is run by the most shocking management I have ever seen in my 20 years working in technology departments. arrogant management teams spend their time playing golf in the office or creating excuses to travel far and wide. Staff who are responsible for operations get overloaded while management chill out and boss around the juniors. Disgusting.

They spend your companies hard earned cash on themselves with MacBooks and iPads and every gadget then they tell you they have no budget for staff below management. Our operations will be stuck in the 80s style management. Feel so sorry for apprentices who are stuck on the desk and never taught a thing, I'm now looking for a new job now, I've had enough and tired of telling my manager of the issues and he just says, it's out of my hands nothing we can do!
