      Smart people, strategic management. Generally friendly and collaborative environment. Multi-faceted businesses tend to ensure financial stability and future growth. Great benefits.

      Cons

      As with most big companies, focus is on the bottom line. Cable TV business is very challenged, leading to frequent restructures and layoffs in that division. Promotions can take a while.
