      Pros

      Very hands on and you'll learn a lot. Don't expect to be coddled they'll throw you into a project and expect you to work.

      Cons

      At times I didn't feel there was enough guidance.

      Incredible WLB, impactful work, sense of pride when talking about what you do.

      Have to work with legacy codebases often (like Fortran).

      They tend to have managers who were engineers. And, "we're going to the freakin Moon!"
