      Pros

      You get to work with amazing people doing amazing things in the world. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you. The environment is very diverse and carefree, but still professional. You can grow and learn a lot of leadership skills.

      Cons

      The work space can get pretty boring from day to day, working in the same cubicle with other people making noise and they aren't very helpful to your assignment
