Great Opportunity for people jumping into sales. This role give you the opportunity to learn how to prospect to new customer and current customers. This is a good place for someone with non sales experience to collaborate with non sales folks. Great opportunity for upward mobility within the company.
Cons
Some cons on the role is the org keeps changing every quarter and can disrupt promotions. People often leave the organization due to constant change in quotas. Success is dependent on the Account Executive depending on the account executive you are paired up with they can either help you be successful or not.
