      Flexibilidad horaria, puesto remoto, pagan en tiempo y forma, salario mas o menos acorde al mercado.

      Cons

      No hay reconocimientos de logros, al menos en mi área, he visto otras posiciones que sí han tenido chance de ir a España, posiciones allegadas a la dirección. Actualización salarial 25 o 30 % debajo de la inflación.

      Pros

      Fixed time slot, not a bad pay for duties.

      Cons

      Been on the nightshift for several years, requested hour reduction to be able to keep up with the load and the lack of sleep, management never inquired HR for a change(despite saying they would). Treatment was really unfair in comparission to dayshift workers. Working nightshift will lock you out of growth within the company.
