      Pros

      Pretty open communication. The company did very well moving to remote work. The teamwork and mission are great. I had a great time working with MSI, when my position was eliminated, I was given plenty of notice and a very fair severance.

      Cons

      Trouble moving between Director and VP level programs and projects. Lots of 'kingdoms' and politics.

I am now handling both platforms and built deep expertise in MuleSoft Integration by successfully completing 4 projects. Great career growth: Thanks to the leadership team's encouragement and the opportunities provided, there is a clear, proven path for expanding my technical stack and advancing my career.
