Pros

Doing good work/service and providing great product to our uniformed officers.

Cons

If you want a workplace and company where you can get away with inappropriate relationships and affairs with fellow employees or employees you manage, this is the right place to be. Upper management and executives will turn a blind eye and tell you things will change and just sweep it under the rug. Sadly, nothing is done or ever changed when employees bring it to attention. Employees have been uncomfortable in the workplace due to having to see this inappropriateness almost every day and are affected by the favoritism and lack of manager engagement. When this was happening under WatchGuard, it never got addressed. We were hoping for the better when we became part of the Motorola family.

Motorola Solutions has a robust policy that prohibits relationships between a manager and their direct report. We take allegations of inappropriate relationships and conduct very seriously. Employees who wish to report a concern may contact their Human Resources Business Partner. Opportunities for technical diversification: I joined as a Salesforce CPQ Developer, and leadership supported me in training for MuleSoft alongside my existing role. I am now handling both platforms and built deep expertise in MuleSoft Integration by successfully completing 4 projects. Great career growth: Thanks to the leadership team's encouragement and the opportunities provided, there is a clear, proven path for expanding my technical stack and advancing my career.
