      Little to none; the pay and benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Sparse documentation along with "knowledge hoarders" make it a difficult work environment. President of co. is actively trying to sell the company, so cost cutting is paramount. They are working with 20+ year old technology (land based mobile radios) and are spending little to nothing on R&D.

I am now handling both platforms and built deep expertise in MuleSoft Integration by successfully completing 4 projects. Great career growth: Thanks to the leadership team's encouragement and the opportunities provided, there is a clear, proven path for expanding my technical stack and advancing my career.
