Pros
My boss was very down to earth. The culture promotes treating people with respect and a clear example is eating in the company cafeteria where everyone is "equal" from VP to lower level technologist. They are doing a good job recruiting women and minorities into engineering roles. My boss fostered an environment of honesty and truly listened to feedback from employees. With recent restructures, very creative and innovative projects in cultivation.
Cons
There appeared to be heavy pressure on sales team. Sometimes getting product to "perfection" allowed competition to get to market sooner.
