Pros
Remnants of the Galvin culture "Constant respect of the individual" live on in many of the current managers. Motorola tended to pay more than other Midwest telecommunications companies. The employment atmosphere is very family oriented with onsite day care and flexible work options (that are actually approved by managers).
Cons
I believe Greg; the leader of the organization has become preoccupied with becoming a high visibility political force in Washington DC and has lost his focus on growing the corporation.
