It's more than just a job; it's a mission you can be proud to explain to your family and friends. Innovation with Stability: The company is constantly pushing the envelope with the latest and greatest technology. Yet, it has maintained a stable and consistent culture that feels both established and forward-thinking. It’s a unique balance that works. Genuine Care for Employees: Over 25 years, I've seen the company consistently show that it values its people. There are ample opportunities for growth and movement within the organization. It still has that charming, traditional feel where people matter.

      Cons

      Navigating a Large Organization: As a large, global company, there can sometimes be layers of process to navigate to get things done. However, this is typical for a company of this scale and is a minor trade-off for its stability and resources.

      Great work environment and great people. Flexibility to make your own decisions and steer the organization the way you see fit.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
