Pros
1. The company often collabs with bigger brands like Sanrio, Disney, Marvel, etc. 2. They’ve gotten some super innovative products unique to only the store. 3. Due to the collabs, unique products that catered to my interests and hobbies & easy work, it wasn’t too bad.
Cons
1. Management loves to micromanage despite the fact that nothing is ever that serious to be looking over an employees shoulder and causing discomfort for them. 2. The work is repetitive, and it gets monotonous, however the music helps pass time by. 3. The aisles are small and it’s often packed with customers so getting work done requires patience sometimes and you’ll bumped into a lot.
