Coworkers, not a difficult job in theory
Cons
- company has unethical practices - employee recruitment won’t hire anyone that doesn’t “look Asian” - schedule will change sporadically. And if you can’t attend to the abrupt shift change, management will blame you and your unavailability. - strange appearance regulations.( Eg: boys weren’t allowed to wear makeup, girls had to have 8 makeup products on their face, you have to smile with at least 8 or so teeth showing. Etc...) - Zero employee benefits - when upper management came in and they were unsatisfied with your performance, they would physically grab you and yell at you in front of customers. - managers have high expectations but won’t tell you how to reach them, then penalize you for not reaching them.
