      Pros

      The smaller outlets usally dont have a lot of customers so wouldnt be too stressed out

      Cons

      You have to do a lot of things while doing cashiering. They said the returning of things only full timers do but the full timers put the responsibility on part timers

      - Easy tasks - Coworkers are nice - Fair breaks for every shift

      Cons

      - Strict rules that make no sense for employees - Poor management and scheduling - Upper management is super strict and stingy - Benefits for customers and employees are unfair
