Pros

Es trabajo remoto (No se porque Glassdoor no coloca entre sus opciones REMOTE)

Cons

Todas, micromanagement, cambio constante de direcciones (incluso en los 8 meses que estuve, cambiaron 3 veces de nombre... de Mil Mujeres a Teams Solution y de vuelta a Mil Mujeres), se premia la condescendencia... contratan trabajadores remotos sin planificacion de ningun tipo. En mi equipo llegamos a ser mas de 50 personas. Luego decidieron que habian tomado malas decisiones y comenzaron a hacer recortes (en solo meses) y a evaluarnos mejor, por suerte al menos nos capacitaron y nos dijeron que nos eliminarian un bono (miserables 100 dolares) pero que nos colocarian a todos quienes pasaran el periodo de evaluacion 50 dolares de aumento... solo lo vieron algunos, yo me entere que no lo tenia porque pedi una carta de trabajo, dificil seguir el ritmo porque las plataformas de pago tambien cambiaron contastemente y ya ni sabias cuanto ganabas. El trato en general a los clientes se ve reflejado justamente en lo mal que tratan a su sempleados... es una supuesta ONG que se dedica a ayudar a los inmigrantes indocumentados en USA pero, que trata pesimamente y paga por debajo del minimo a los que estan en LATAM, y aunque demos el todo por el todo en nuestro trabajo... al final de la noche a la mañana nos despidieron. Sin aviso.

Pros

- Great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in immigration procedures and case management. - Flexible work environment with little micromanagement. - Paid training sessions, even if brief. - Supervisors are usually approachable and supportive within their capacity. - Remote work flexibility allows for better work-life balance. - Exposure to a wide range of immigration case types, which helps develop practical skills.

Cons

- Compensation is very low considering the workload and full-time schedule. - Independent contractor position with no paid PTO or sick leave. - Trainings are short and lack clear structure, and every attorney has their own way of handling cases, making it difficult to standardize work. - The company often adds new mandatory tasks (like asking clients for Google reviews) without additional pay or proper notice. - Poor communication during onboarding — many important details about schedules, benefits, and procedures were never explained. - Frequent attorney changes cause confusion and case delays, especially in teams handling multiple states. - Very little recognition for high performance or extra effort; even rewards feel minimal compared to the workload. - The overall structure feels too loose — some days can go by with little supervision or direction.
