To ensure employees feel supported and understand the direction of our products, our Technology leadership team holds regular stand ups, and are very engaged in the day-to-day activities of their teams. They also encourage a positive and productive work environment. If an employee ever feels that this is not the case, we recommend he or she reach out to his or her HR Business Partner. Our hope is that we’re creating an exciting and cheerful place to work, which is why we’ve dedicated a lot of time and resources toward this year’s global Technology Kick-Offs, which included training, collaborative projects, and networking events. We have a lot of fun activities planned for our Technology team this year, and we’ve already celebrated the Chinese New Year and the opening of our new Technology office in China.
