Thanks for the feedback and we hear you. The Warsaw Technology team is new, and this year has been an opportunity for trials and errors, leading to lessons learned to improve the way we work and set expectations for the team. Being agile is a reality of our environment and sometimes causes shifting priorities and adjusting the direction of projects to meet technical requirements and customer needs. We’re one of the first to say that our structure is a little hierarchical, but with good intentions to ensure we’re following protocol and being fiscally responsible. Regardless, we have trust in our committed Warsaw Technology team members, and are thrilled with their hard work and dedication given to the recent MicroStrategy 2019 release.
