      I have worked at Beijing Center for 2 and a half years. Good benefits. Good work/life balance. Not often to work overtime. Good managers and team members.

      Cons

      Not much downsides working at MicroStrategy.

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers
