large global company , good training , good facilities , good benefits , good opportunities for training , good quality tyres , fairly good communication , managers on a first name basis .
Cons
there is a distrust of workers , too few holidays , too much red tape , far too many managers , shift work and long 12 hour shifts , very manual work leading repetitive strain injuries .
