Every one is trying to save their jobs, new joinee in every dept, condition of sales team has also deteriorated also these days due to undue pressure. Management shifting employees to create a forced exit routes, sacking performing employees without any visible reason, general opinion is old employees are too expensive for the company, bring new employees in their place to save cost. New sales batches are joining every 15 days for training to fill up vacancies. Around 30 commercial staff have resigned in last month. More are on either notice period from themselves, without jobs, or are been given notices by company in name of improvement Employee benefits are also reduced in name of cost cutting.
