      Great pay and benefits. Excellent 401K program. Accessible gym .

      Cons

      Promotions are generally given because of who you know versus what you know. Terrible health facility that has no one there that knows what they're doing.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
