Pros
I liked working by myself at times, the location was close to where I lived, my schedule allowed me to balance my work and schooling.
Cons
The working environment was chaotic at times and management wasn't very organized. My supervisor in my department was not very nice either, and didn't seem to like the other floral workers. Also, training did not help me feel prepared for my shift at all, and even when I asked for further training, it didn't really help.
