      Pros

      There are times when some employees are very nice to each other. Good hours. Nothing much to say about pros.

      Cons

      Not enough on specific trainings and customer service. Many employees are lazy. Metro has a low employee attendancy rate, resulting other workers/employees to bear with extra work.

      Hours were always available, multiple shifts and locations, shift bonuses if you complete the requirements, in house school
