Pros
great people, acceptable pay scale for full-time workers. Good benefits (but require some effort to submit properly to take full advantage of). Excellent union representatives. Departments operate like families.
Cons
high expectations, can be very stressful. contracts often require full weekend availability and 2-3 Evenings. hour cuts increasing work load and adding additional tasks. very hard to get time off. Training is restricted to only perform tasks at hand so most workers never get to see the full picture.
