      Lots of potential as a firm

      Instituted New Ways of Working which is a colossal disaster. Hired a lot of people at the "center" but just created a lot of people "Marketing: to "marketing" - no commercial orientation

      Research management is micromanaging, passively aggressive, prescriptive. Unbalanced workload.
