Pros

Had some nice co-workers- need 20 words here but can't think of any other pros to add so Mary had a little lamb etc

Cons

No 2 guy in the company came to town to meet with us. Opened meeting by pointing out a door and telling us at top of his lungs that anyone who is unhappy could leave NOW. I got the impression there is not a lot of value placed on employees. Also, at this time company was moving jobs out of the area- made employees re-apply for there jobs and then offered positions at lower grade level and less money. Now that I think about it- they have no interest in maintaining employees. No wonder profits are down- they don't care about employees, employees stop caring about their job performance. Also, I was told they would not offer promotions as why should they when people were working at jobs above their grade level already so why pay them for it.

Pros

Good support for new people managers were very helpful and always available

Cons

Micromanage every second of your time; have to put in a request to go to the bathroom and wait for someone to grant it Expect you to put exceptions to your time after your shift ends on your own time Half hour lunch by the time I brought my lunch or heated my leftovers and went to the bathroom. I barely had time to wolf it down. Unrealistic call times Systems are horrible and crashing all the time expect you to be in at least 15 minutes before your shift unpaid to set up all the programs on your computer
