      Pros

      Good brand. People you work with legitamately care for others. Provided leads. Good products and freedom to sell what you feel is best.

      Cons

      Challenge to pay for so much of what you use for such a large company. Office space, coffee, trips to training, etc all on your own dime. Micro management from managers and then silence.
