      It used to be such a nice place to work. A joy to work overtime.

      Cons

      Company advertises they have a great work life balance yet my management says you chose this career, I know how much you get paid so dont come to me to set your priorities...there are 24 hours in a day.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
