Pros
peers are nice, management is approachable in general. hybrid work arrangement may be allowed.
Cons
1. Local management lack of exposure in relevant industries resulted in poor execution of plan. 2. Salary below industrial average with pathetic annual increment. 3. Removal of individual performance rating for operational level staffs resulted in reduction in bonus which is unfair for employees who worked hard and produced results. 4. Headcount freezed during recent years and require employee to cross train which added burden to the already high workload.
