      The people are incredibly kind and approachable. Always willing to help and be a resource. Very data-driven company. A lot of people like the company enough to stay here for 20+ years. Decent pay in line with the market. A company that really stands by ESG and DEI.

      Cons

      Good benefits, but health insurance could be a lot better.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
