Pros
A company with a great history and contribution. Very promising drugs in the pipeline. Transitioning from legacy employees to younger, enterprising employees.
Cons
Compensation is based on a national benchmark. It doesn't differentiate between Omaha, Nebraska and Kenilworth, New Jersey. Trending to push more of the health plan costs to the employees. Long term incentives are very sub par.
