      Pros

      Great company to work for. The only company that I have worked at since graduating from college. Really good benefits, really good manager. They have 100% tuition reimbursement, good 401 k matching program, all Merck drugs are free to employees. Great work/life balance...

      Cons

      If I had anything bad to say, it would be about the pipeline over the next few years. Major products are off patent and so there is some anxiety about the future. Overall, it seems to be a pretty safe place to be but you never know.....

      Pros

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
