      Good leadership at the local level, enjoyable coworkers, flexibility

      Cons

      Understaffed, horrible work life balance, constant focus on driving hours up as much as possible and increasing offshoring of work while the CEO sends out company wide notes about his weekends at Martha’s Vineyard
